Whip it up Wednesdays

This is a very quick post! It has been a busy day with lots to do :) One of the things on my list was making jam for the very first time!! I've always been a bit intimidated by canning, so I started small and did freezer jam. It turned out to be very, very easy, which everyone I've talked to, said it would be! I think this qualifies as a "Whip it up Wednesday" because it was so easy to whip up! ;)

I used the blackberries that we picked at my parent's house and I just followed the recipe on the pectin box and it turned out wonderful!

My next challenge will be canning peaches and pears this weekend...wish me luck and courage! :)
