I thought I would share a culinary experience with you, and it fits perfectly with Friday Favorites because it has become one of my favorite things to do. Tonight my good friend, Dyan and I took another cooking class at Whole Foods with Chef Joy! The class was titled "New England Supper", and she made a good apple coleslaw, a delicious New England clam chowder, the best pot roast I have ever had (which I'm going to make tomorrow night for dinner!), and a wonderful custard dessert!!! The whole meal was heavenly and I can't wait to share her pot roast recipe for "Savory Saturdays!"
