Sous Chef: Anna & Amelia :)
Recipe: Corn Chowder (shared from the kitchen of Monique Grimm)
1 onion, chopped
2 cups potatoes, diced
2 cans creamed corn
1 can evaporated canned milk
water
salt & pepper
Saute the onion in a large pot. Add diced potatoes and add enough water to cover potatoes. When potatoes are cooked (usually about 15-20 minutes), add creamed corn (for some reason I never keep 2 cans of creamed corn on my shelf at any given time, so I end up using one can creamed and one can regular corn). Add canned milk. Heat through and season to taste with salt and pepper or other favorite seasoning (I like to add a little bit of cayenne pepper).
Critiques: Each child used the word good in one form or another, so I will just say, "Good!"

That is too funny. I made corn chowder on Wednesday also. I wish I would of had your recipe though. I did mine in the crock pot. It was all right but I don't think I will be doing it again...so Thanks!!
